1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Options & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $XX (e.g., $50 or $75).
Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.
Delivery Issues

If the tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or apartment office.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact our Customer Support team within 5 business days of the listed delivery date so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Must-Have is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our essential products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, items must meet the following criteria:

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging (where applicable).

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Personal care items (e.g., soaps, creams, opened containers)

Perishable goods

Clearance or Final Sale items
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team at contactus@must-have.store with your original order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship your item back.

Ship It: Package the item securely and include the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email when the refund has been completed.
Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different color or size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired replacement item. This ensures the fastest service.
